Biometric Enrolment Protocols

In accordance with sovereign visa guidelines, all applicants must attend our local facility to register biometric parameters (digital fingerprint capture and live facial photography).

10-Digit Fingerprint Scan

Captured using a high-resolution electronic scanner. Fingers must be free from injury, cuts, henna, or grease during scanning.

Live Digital Portrait

A full-face digital photo captured at the booth. Eyes must remain open. Glasses, hats, or headbands must be removed (except for religious headwear which must not obscure facial margins).

Financial Solvency Standards

To establish financial viability and self-sustenance during travel, applicants must provide verified credentials as per the following schedule:

Solvency Credential Accepted Formats Verification Criteria
Bank Statements Original bank certificates + 3-6 months statement ledger sheets. Must be signed and sealed by the issuing branch manager.
Tax Returns Income Tax Certificate (TIN/ITR) documents for the past 2 years. Issued by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) in Bangladesh.
Sponsorship Documents Affidavit of sponsorship, sponsor passport, and bank statements. Notarized under legal judicial protocols.

Passport Photography Specifications

Mandatory Digital Portrait Guidelines

For temporary residency applications, photos must be captured under strict dimensions: 35mm x 45mm frame sizing, matte finish, solid neutral background, neutral expression, and forehead/ears visible.

Dimension Guidelines

  • Frame sizing: 35mm wide x 45mm high.
  • Face height (chin to crown) must occupy 31mm to 36mm.
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI high-quality digital capture.

Lighting & Contrast

  • Background: Uniform white or light grey only.
  • No shadows or reflections on face or background.
  • Natural skin tones with consistent contrast levels.
